By accessing or using Butter's Services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Butter provides scheduling, management, and operational software tools for indoor golf and similar businesses ("Clients"). Services may include payments (via Stripe), analytics, and communication tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and represent a business to use our Services.

4. Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Fees and Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Fees are defined during signup or contract. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks belong to Butter Software LLC or its licensors. Clients retain ownership of their input data.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not violate laws, upload harmful code, send spam, or reverse-engineer any part of the software.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep non-public business, technical, or financial information confidential.

9. Termination

We may terminate Services for violations or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." No warranties, express or implied, are made.

11. Limitation of Liability

Butter's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Butter Software LLC against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Data Protection

We handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy: buttersoftware.com/privacy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Utah County courts.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms and post updates online. Continued use of the Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
