2. Description of Services Butter provides scheduling, management, and operational software tools for indoor golf and similar businesses (“Clients”). Services may include payments (via Stripe), analytics, and communication tools.
3. Eligibility You must be 18+ and represent a business to use our Services.
4. Accounts Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate for violations.
5. Fees and Payments Payments are processed through Stripe. Fees are defined during signup or contract. Non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
6. Intellectual Property All content, software, and trademarks belong to Butter Software LLC or licensors. Clients retain ownership of their input data.
7. Acceptable Use Do not violate laws, upload harmful code, spam, or reverse-engineer software.
8. Confidentiality Both parties must keep non-public business, technical, or financial information confidential.
9. Termination We may terminate Services for violations or at our discretion with notice.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranties, express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability Butter’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the past 12 months.
12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify Butter against claims arising from your use or violation of Terms.

14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by Utah law. Disputes are subject to Utah County courts.
